Privacy notice

This notice explains how Roamantic Prints ("we") handles your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We are the Data Fiduciary for the data you give us. Notice version 2026-10-18.

How we use your details (DPDP notice)

Your photos are stored privately and encrypted, and deleted 30 days after delivery.

• We collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the photos you upload.
• We use them only to make, print, deliver and invoice your album and to contact you about this order.
• Your photos are stored privately in India and shared only with our print and courier partners for this order.
• We delete your photos and print files 30 days after delivery. Invoices are kept 8 years, as tax law requires.
• You pay by UPI directly to our bank account. To check your payment we keep its UPI reference number (UTR) and, if you upload one, your payment screenshot; we never ask for your UPI PIN.
• We send your order updates by email and on WhatsApp as your order moves along. Our WhatsApp messaging provider receives your mobile number, name, order number, private order link, amount paid, album name and size, the date until which you can change your album, expected delivery dates, and the courier and tracking number. To stop WhatsApp updates, message STOP to +91 94455 09479 on WhatsApp, reply STOP to one of our WhatsApp messages, or email roamanticprints@gmail.com; we stop within 2 days; emails about your order continue.
• We send offers and new designs only if you tick that box, and every offer has an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing roamanticprints@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Contact and delivery details: name, email, phone number and postal address.
• Your photos: photos you upload and your album choices (layout, cover text).
• Payment records: order amount and your UPI payment reference (UTR). We never ask for your UPI PIN or bank login.
• Payment screenshot (optional): if you upload one, it may show your name, bank or balance; crop anything you don't want us to see. Only we look at it, to check the payment.
• Discount codes you type, so we can apply the right offer.

Why we use it

• To make, check, print and deliver your album.
• To send your private order link, receipt, and delivery updates.
• To answer customer questions or handle reprint requests.

Offers are sent only if you tick the optional box. We never sell your personal data, and we never share your photos publicly without asking first.

WhatsApp updates

We send order and shipping updates by email and on WhatsApp as your order moves along. Order updates only, never offers. Our WhatsApp messaging provider receives your mobile number, name, order number, private order link, amount paid, album name and size, the date until which you can change your album, expected delivery dates, and the courier and tracking number.

To stop WhatsApp updates, message STOP to +91 94455 09479 on WhatsApp, reply STOP to one of our WhatsApp messages, or email roamanticprints@gmail.com; we stop within 2 days. After replying STOP, emails about your order continue.

How long we keep photos

• Your photos and print files are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery.
• Payment screenshots: stored with your photos and deleted with them.
• Discount codes you type: kept 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Order, invoice and tax records are kept as required by law.

Your choices

• Stop promotions: unsubscribe at any time using the link in any promotional email, or email us.
• Delete your data: ask us to delete your personal data or photos by emailing our Grievance Officer.
• Access or correct: request a copy of your data or have details corrected.
• Withdraw consent: you can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Before your album ships, this stops the order.
• Nominee: you can nominate someone to use these rights if you die or cannot act yourself.
• Complain: write to our Grievance Officer, and if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Data breaches

If a data breach affects you, we will tell you without delay what happened and what we are doing about it, and we will report it to the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
