What does "20 pages" mean?: Pages are printed sides. A 20-page album has 10 spreads (two facing pages each).
Do I need an account?: No. When you start an order we email you a private link to come back to it any time.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?: Shipping is free across India, and every album is delivered in 7–10 days after payment.
Can I cancel or get a refund?: Orders can't be cancelled or refunded once paid, because every album is made to order, so please check your preview carefully. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it free.
What if some pages have no photos?: Pages without photos aren't printed. The price is set by the pages you choose, so empty pages never change it.
What happens to my photos?: They're stored privately in India and used only to make your album. We delete them 30 days after delivery.
How many photos do I need?: The 20 included pages work best with 35-50 photos. For more, add spreads of 2 pages for ₹199 each, up to 30 pages.
Can I change my album after I pay?: Yes, for 24 hours after payment you can still change photos, layouts and the cover title from your order page. After that the album is locked and prepared for print.
Can I send an album as a gift?: Yes. Choose "This is a gift" when you start your order and add the recipient's name, phone and address. You can also write a message that is printed on a separate gift card in the parcel. Your own address is used for the invoice.
Can I upload iPhone (HEIC) photos?: Yes. JPEG, PNG and HEIC photos all work, and they upload at full quality.
What if a photo is low resolution or blurry?: While you design, we mark photos that may print blurry and say which pages they are on, so you can swap them or carry on. We also check every album before printing and will contact you about any problem.
How does payment work with UPI?: We provide a dynamic UPI QR code and UPI ID on the checkout page. Open any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), scan the code or transfer to our verified business ID, and paste the 12-digit UTR transaction number to confirm. We verify every transaction directly with our bank.
What paper and binding do you use?: Our albums are layflat hardcovers, so spreads open flat and wide panoramic shots stay uninterrupted. Paper: matte or lustre, 250–300 gsm.
How soon will my album arrive?: Every album is delivered in 7–10 business days after payment. When it ships via courier, we email and WhatsApp you the tracking details.
